Do you spend all your working life
hunched over a keyboard and staring bleakly at a computer monitor? If so,
there's an interesting piece of software
available which can help prevent you getting RSI, aching shoulders, a sore
back or whatever else that ails you from working at a computer all day.
I've been trying out Coffee Break Pro X (for Mac OS X only)
for a while and it seems to do exactly what it says it does. It
forces you to take a break from your computer at specified intervals
(in my case 30 minutes). I've set it to break for 3 minutes each time, so that
I can get up and go an get a cup of tea, read my snail mail, walk around
the house, pat the cat, etc. Then I get back to work. Great!
